Terms & Conditions (Mrs McPearl)

Welcome to Mrs McPearl (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website [insert website URL] (the “Site”) and purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) General
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
By using our Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian).
2) Products (Handmade Jewellery)
All Mrs McPearl products are handmade jewellery, and each piece is unique.
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, minor variations in colour, texture, shape, size, and finish are normal and are not considered faults.
Product images are provided as accurately as possible, however colours may vary slightly depending on your device/screen.
3) Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers. We do not store full card details.
4) Orders
Please choose carefully, as we may not be able to cancel or change orders once they have been placed (especially after dispatch).
We reserve the right to cancel any order (for example, in the event of a pricing error, stock issue, or suspected fraudulent activity). If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund.
5) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, peak periods, customs delays, etc.).
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Important)
Because all items are handmade and unique, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, including (but not limited to):
deciding you no longer want the item
ordering the wrong item
preference-based reasons (e.g., “not what I expected” where the item matches the product description)
natural handmade variations as described in Section 2
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or damaged items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please email us as soon as possible with photo evidence so we can help.
To lodge a faulty/damaged item claim, email: mrsmcpearl@gmail.com
Please include:
your order number
your full name
a short description of the issue
clear photos showing the damage/fault (and packaging if relevant)
Once received, we will assess your claim and, where appropriate, provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:
repair
replacement (where possible), or
refund
Please note: Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a fault.
7) Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
remove jewellery before swimming, showering, exercising, or sleeping
store pieces safely to avoid scratches and impact damage
8) Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (including photos, product designs, text, logos, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Mrs McPearl and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of resupply, where legally allowed.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
10) Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
